Delete account and data

Shift Elevate is provided by InfiNet Solutions LLC. This page explains how to delete your account and associated personal data, including when you cannot use the mobile app.

Delete in the mobile app

Available when you can sign in to the Shift Elevate mobile app.

  1. Open the Shift Elevate mobile app and sign in.
  2. Go to the Account tab.
  3. Tap Delete account and confirm.

When deletion succeeds, your sign-in is removed and you are signed out. You will need a new invitation from your facility if you ever need access again.

What deletion does

Self-serve deletion runs on our servers for the signed-in account.

Deletion:

  • Anonymizes your linked staff record (personal fields such as name, email, phone, address, photo, and notes are cleared or replaced with non-identifying placeholders; the record is marked inactive and notification preferences are turned off).
  • Removes your push-notification devices.
  • Reopens your future scheduled shifts so your facility can reassign them.
  • Deletes your sign-in identity so you can no longer log in with that account.

Data that may be retained for facility operations and schedule integrity includes:

  • Past shift assignments and related schedule history linked to the anonymized staff record.
  • Message content you previously sent in facility threads (author login links are removed; the messages themselves may remain for care and staffing continuity).

This cannot be undone from the app. If you need help after deletion, contact support from another channel your facility provides.

Request deletion without the app

Use this if you cannot open the app or cannot complete in-app deletion.

Email support@shift-elevate.com from the email address on your account. Include that you are requesting account and personal data deletion. We will respond promptly.

Please do not include resident names, diagnoses, or other protected health information in your email.
