These terms govern SMS notifications sent by Shift Elevate to the toll-free number [your-number]. Our SMS program supports assisted living and memory care staffing—including shift reminders, open shift alerts, approval notifications, and other scheduling-related messages.
All messages are transactional notifications only. We do not send promotional or marketing messages. Message frequency varies based on your schedule and facility activity (e.g., as shifts are created, updated, or assigned). We aim to limit messages to no more than 10 per week.
